was founded more than 20 years ago in order to represent laboratories in charge
of putting on the French market medicinal
products for pets and breeding. 33 sociétés representing 99% of the French market (estimed at
717 million €uros)
are members.
SIMV

the whole of its members’ needs and consolidate

Federate
veterinary
medicines and diagnostics manufacturers on major subjects. 31 laboratories
representing 99% of the French market, are SIMV members.

companies

in decision-making structures. SIMV is Member of AFSSA Board (French Agency for
Food safety), Member of CAMMV (Commission of Marketing Authorizations), Member
of CNPV (National Veterinary Pharmacovigilance Commission) and Member of the
National Pharmacopeia Commission. SIMV is also member
of FEFIS, the French Federation of Health Industries.
