Animal Health Research Meetings: Last Days to Submit Your Project

The call for projects organised as part of the Animal Health Research Meetings is open until 17 September 2026.

It aims to identify and showcase innovative animal health projects, which will notably be presented to SIMV member companies. Organised by SIMV as part of BioFIT 2026, the Animal Health Research Meetings will take place in Marseille on 10 and 11 December 2026.

For more than ten years, the Animal Health Research Meetings have fostered exchanges between teams developing innovative projects and stakeholders from the animal health industry.

Researchers, academic laboratories, Technology Transfer Offices (SATTs), start-ups and innovative companies are invited to submit projects covering all areas of animal health and welfare, including diagnostics, vaccines and prevention, therapeutics, medical devices, digital and connected health, as well as any other innovation with the potential to advance the sector.

An opportunity to showcase your innovation to animal health stakeholders

Projects will be reviewed by a panel of experts from the animal health industry. Selected projects will benefit from increased visibility at BioFIT 2026, a leading European event dedicated to technology transfer, academia-industry collaborations and innovation in the life sciences.

Selected applicants will have the opportunity to pitch their project to BioFIT participants and engage with industry representatives, researchers, investors and potential partners.

The Animal Health Research Meetings aim to foster exchanges between public and private research organisations and industry, and to support the development of new collaborations in animal health.

Interested teams are invited to submit their applications by 17 September 2026 at the latest.
